Remote Seed Sales Representative At Nutrien Ag Solutions

Job Description

  • Connect directly with growers to develop and grow sales of strategic seed partners (Bayer, Dyna-Gro, Brevant, NK, Xitavo) across your territory.
  • Maintain and expand seed sales in assigned regions.
  • Collaborate with Division Leadership to create and execute a profitable, grower-by-grower business plan.
  • Align with local Nutrien retail stores to maximize seed placement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor—leveraging digital agronomy tools and Seed Advisor platforms to support growers.
  • Build brand awareness for Nutrien’s proprietary seed portfolio, ensuring unbiased recommendations.
  • Achieve and exceed defined territory sales targets.
  • Partner with brand management on product positioning and plot strategies.
  • Attend division meetings and company functions as needed.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business or related field (2-year degree considered with strong seed-sales experience).
  • 2+ years’ experience in seed sales or marketing management.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable with digital agronomy and Seed Advisor tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
